In accordance with the Fundamental Plan for a Gender-Equal Society within Kumamoto University, we endeavor to improve the quality of educational research by carrying out activities from the view of gender equality.

The Environmental Safety Center is a community comprised of director and full-time teacher. There is an administrative team (Facility Management Unit of the Basic Operations Managament Division) that acts as a support organization for the center and administrative staff include women who manage the Center’s activities along with teachers. Currently, we act in accordance to the Basic Plan for Gender-Equal Society of Kumamoto University, and we will continue to do so.
